Welcome to Wellspring Advising LLC

Wellspring Advising LLC specializes in the planning and management of groundwater resources. We offer our services to groundwater conservation districts and communities that are facing the ever increasing challenges of managing groundwater permitting and usage or planning to meet current and future water demands.

Wellspring Advising is built on the decade plus experience of the founder Jim Totten as the general manager of the Lost Pines Groundwater Conservation District. Jim has extensive experience in the complex issues surrounding groundwater permitting and regulatory compliance. This experience also includes planning for and participating in contested permit hearings and litigation .
